Kidstart is a program of PLEA Community Services Society, a non-profit, charitable, community services agency. Through the program, at-risk youth and vulnerable kids are paired with a volunteer coach who serves as a consistent, positive role model and encourages participation in recreational activities that provide opportunities to experience success and achievement.
