As a member in good standing, you are invited to attend the Vancouver Regional Construction Association’s 53rd Annual General Meeting.

SCHEDULE:

5-5:30 p.m.	Registration
5:30-6:15 p.m.	Annual General Meeting (BC Sports Hall of Fame, BC Place Stadium, Gate A)
6:15-9:30 p.m.	Vancouver Canucks vs. Arizona Coyotes (Rogers Arena)

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:

• Receive the financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2018;
• Appoint the auditor;
• Approve proposed amendments to the Bylaws;
• Receive the report of the Governance and Nominations Committee and to elect the 2019/20 Board of Directors; and
• Address any new business.

Copies of the 53rd Annual General Meeting Package will be available at the meeting. It is also be posted on our website and available for pick-up at our office at 3636 East 4th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5M 1M3.

If you are unable to attend personally, please complete the Proxy Form and deliver it to the VRCA office at 3636 East 4^th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, V5M 1M3, or email it to [email protected] no later than 9 a.m. on February 20, 2019. Note that your proxy must be held by an Industry Member of VRCA or their Authorized Representative. While a member may not hold more than five (5) proxies at a general meeting, the Chair may hold an unlimited number of proxies.
