Foreperson Foundational Skills - HVAC & Plumbing provides a comprehensive understanding of an HVAC/Plumbing foreperson’s role and responsibilities. Subjects range from self-assessing abilities and qualifications, document prioritization, planning and layout, activity management, optimizing workers output and trade coordination. Dan Campbell is an electrician with over 32 years of experience in diverse projects, including schools, hospitals, malls, and airports. An FSR-B, Gold Seal Certified Project Manager, and Electrical Estimator, Dan trains foremen, project managers, and estimators while coaching construction startups on effective systems.
He contributed to rewriting the BC Electrical apprenticeship curriculum, collaborated with Okanagan College on the Electrical IP Refresher program, and developed the Foreperson Foundational Skills programs.
Dan’s work equips professionals with the tools they need to lead effectively and contribute to a more consistent and efficient construction industry.
This course has been accredited by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) for 2 credits towards Gold Seal certification
and offers 9 - BC Housing CPD Points.

If VRCA has to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, VRCA will refund the registration fee or, if possible, the attendee may choose to move to an identical session in the future.
