In this course, you will learn  how to create a positive experience for your clients and stakeholders (instead of just a regular transaction) by applying emotional intelligence concepts to projects, offices, marketing, and branding. Putting these concepts into practice will make your competition irrelevant, your projects more successful, and repeat business a sure thing.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

After taking this course, you will be able to:

• Recognize that people buy construction services when they have a positive, emotional experience with the service provider
• Build and implement methodology that addresses all aspects of your business to create a positive emotional experience, with your clients and stakeholders, on all projects
• Describe how these emotional intelligence concepts increase the success of your organization

REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT:

Once you register for a course, you will receive an email with instructions and a pin number within 24 hours of registration.  After which, you can begin the course at any time. Please note hours of operation in the Education department are Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.   All registrations received after hours will be processed the next business day.
