Vicky is the Executive Director of Construction Industry Rehabilitation Plan, a non-profit organisation providing mental health and substance use services for the organised construction industry in British Columbia. Vicky has a genuine passion for her work within the MH&SU field, she holds a profound belief that everyone deserves dignity, respect and an advocate to fight for them when they cannot.
Darin Hughes, President, Scott Construction Group
Darin currently leads Scott Construction Group as President and is additionally Vice President of the JV Driver Group Buildings Division, overseeing five subsidiary companies with projects in Canada and the Southwest US. In addition to a very demanding schedule, Darin remains firmly committed to his participation in Scott’s Mental Health Committee, which has been at the forefront of reducing the stigma of mental illness in our industry for four years

Rick Wagner, President, Maxwell Floors Ltd.
Rick is the President of Maxwell Floors Ltd., in Surrey BC, and started with the company in 1980 as an apprentice floor mechanic – installer and received his journeyman certification in 1984. He has over 38 years’ experience in the Contract Floorcovering Industry.
