This is a multiple day session that will take place on January 14, 15, 21 and 22. All modules must be completed in order to be eligible for the Lean exam.

Following the completion the CM-Lean course program (all seven course modules) participants have the opportunity to pursue the AGC of America's CM-Lean certification (Certificate of Management – Lean Construction). This is achieved by writing the CM-Lean exam – which is now being offered virtually. Learn more: AGC’s Certificate of Management-Lean Construction

You will receive login instructions from the instructor in advance of the workshop.

Everyone related to the construction process has incentive to get the project done faster and at a lower cost - from the project owners who want to see tangible results for their investment to the contractors and designers who want to do their job well and move on to the next project. Lean Construction is based on the holistic pursuit of continuous improvements aimed at minimizing costs and maximizing value on a construction project.

To help contractors develop the knowledge needed to build lean, the Associated General Contractors of America (ACG) developed the Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (CM-Lean) program and designation.

Through the program modules students will learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into lean operating systems. Completion of the 7 module training program also prepares students to challenge the AGC Certificate of Management – Lean Construction exam and earn the CM-Lean designation. All course work and the exam are now being offered in a virtual delivery format!
