Members in good standing are invited to attend the Vancouver Regional Construction Association’s 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Scotiabank Theatre, 900 Burrard Street, Vancouver, that will be followed by a networking breakfast at Earls Test Kitchen, 905 Hornby St., Vancouver. While attendance at the AGM is complimentary, purchase a ticket to join us at the networking breakfast and keep the conversations going!

7:30 am	Registration
8:00 am	Annual General Meeting (900 Burrard Street, Vancouver)
8:30 am	Networking Breakfast at Earls Test Kitchen (905 Hornby Street, Vancouver)

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:

• Receive the financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2019;
• Appoint the auditor;
• Approve proposed amendments to the Bylaws;
• Receive the report of the Governance and Nominations Committee and to elect the 2020/21 Board of Directors; and
• Address any new business.
