INSTRUCTOR:

James Johnston, P. Eng. is an Industrial Engineer, a member of the Lean Construction Institute and an Accredited Trainer with the Associated General Contractors of America.  James is a construction, operations and quality specialist with over 25 years of experience focusing on business process analysis & improvement, Lean thinking & implementation, strategic planning and business development.  He has worked extensively as a Management Consultant & Trainer leading organizations through lean transformations, quality system implementation and process optimization projects.  He has coached and facilitated the implementation of Lean Construction tools and methodologies on many projects ranging in value up to $250 million, has trained hundreds of construction professionals throughout North America and continues to develop programs that improve project outcomes industry wide. 

  • Live, Online, Instructor-led training. This is a webinar-style workshop and may include as many as 40+ students from across Canada.
  • This workshop is hosted by the instructor on the Zoom platform. Access information will be provided to you via email in advance of the training.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy: Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 business days of the course, or non-attendance on the day. Transfer to another date is not accepted. Complimentary substitution of another member of your company is accepted. 

If VRCA has to postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment, VRCA will refund the registration fee or, if possible, the attendee may choose to move to an identical session in the future.
