Played across the pristine fairways of Swaneset Bay’s championship courses designed by legend Lee Trevino, the VRCA Open offers an elite PGA-rated experience, regardless of your skill level. This is not just a day on the greens — it's your shot at the coveted VRCA Open Trophy, engraved with the names of the winning foursomes and presented at a signature VRCA event later this year. Bragging rights? Secured.

What is a Texas Scramble?

In a Texas Scramble, all four players tee off on each hole. The team then selects the best shot, and all players hit their next shot from that spot. This process continues until the ball is holed. The team records one score per hole, making it a fast-paced, strategic and team-oriented format that rewards collaboration and consistency.
